Refund Policy
At Metrodash, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the services we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our services or your order is canceled, we offer a refund of your payment in accordance with our refund policy outlined below:
1. For canceled orders: If you cancel an order before it is picked up by our rider, you will receive a full refund of your payment. If the order is canceled after it has been picked up, you will be refunded the full amount minus the delivery fee.
2. Failed orders: In the event of a failed order, where the rider was unable to deliver your order, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
3. Wallet refunds: If you paid with your Metrodash wallet, the refund will be credited back to your wallet immediately.
4. Payment gateway refunds: If you paid with a payment gateway such as Paystack or Flutterwave, the refund will be processed through the payment gateway and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
